Ingredients
Dry Ingredients:

1¼ cups gluten-free flour

⅔ cup gluten-free quick oats

½ cup coconut palm sugar

1 scoop Garden of Life Organic Creamy Protein with Oatmilk, Vanilla Cookie

½ tsp. baking powder

½ tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. cinnamon

½ tsp. salt
Wet Ingredients:

1 cup almond milk
-
3 Tbsp. melted plant butter

1 egg
-
½ cup chocolate chips of choice
Preparation
- Mix together dry ingredients and set aside.
- Mix together wet ingredients.
- Pour dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Bake in a greased loaf pan for 40 minutes then let cool. Enjoy!
