Cashew Chive Cheese

Cashew Chive Cheese

2 cups cashews

1/4 cup water

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1/2 cup nutritional yeast

2 cloves garlic

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon parsley

2 green onions

1 tablespoon chives

 

 

Blend until smooth. 

 

Serve with veggies or gluten-free crackers.
