Breakfast of Champions- Chocolate & Berry Overnight Oats by Gemma

(Serves one)

Breakfast sets the tone for your entire day, so lets start it off right. This recipe is ridiculously simple, loaded with antioxidants and energy boosting super foods, which will leave you humming and buzzing all morning long. Oh, it's also incredibly delicious!

Organic oats, ½ cup

Almond Milk (or other plant milk), ½ cup

Apple, 1, grated

Berries of your choice, ¼ cup

Cacao 1TBS

Cinnamon, 1 pinch

Walnuts, 1 handful

Chia seeds, 1 TBS

 

Mix all ingredients lovingly in a bowl. Leave overnight in the fridge. Devour!
